I&D was commissioned to develop a range of concepts for the Samoan office of Unesco.
The challenge was to reflect cultural, educational, social and human sciences, communication and information, and natural sciences relevant to the Pacific Region without favouring any particular area.
Research was required to understand the elements that relate to each subject area.
